Talent referral program rules

1. Purpose
The program rewards people who refer technology professionals to opportunities at FireDev.
2. Who can refer
Anyone over 18, except FireDev employees directly involved in the hiring process.
3. Eligibility of the referred
Be over 18; have the minimum qualifications for the available opportunities; be legally authorized to work in Brazil; not be a close relative (up to second degree) of FireDev employees, except for approved exceptions.
4. Referral process
Referrals are made through the website form. FireDev contacts the professional, runs every step of the process and informs the referrer of the outcome.
5. Reward
R$ 2,000 (two thousand Brazilian reais) per referred professional hired.
6. Conditions
The referred professional is formally hired by FireDev; completes the trial period (minimum 90 days); all data provided in the form is truthful and verifiable.
7. Payment
Payment within 30 days after the conditions are met, by bank transfer, using details provided by the referrer.
8. Limits
There is no limit on referrals or rewards per referrer. The same person cannot be referred more than once; duplicate referrals are discarded and the first one received prevails.
9. Data protection
Referrer and referred data are used only for the hiring process and reward payment, in accordance with Brazilian data protection law (LGPD). The referrer declares having the referred person's authorization to share their data.
10. Liability
FireDev is not responsible for referrals with incomplete or incorrect data, nor does it guarantee the hiring of any referred person.
11. Changes
FireDev may change or end the program at any time, honoring referrals already in progress.
