Privacy and Cookies Policy

Data we collect

In the contact and talent referral forms we collect only what you provide voluntarily:

• Name: for identification and a personalized reply;
• E-mail and phone/WhatsApp: to get back to you, send invitations and proposals;
• Company and topic of interest: to understand the context of your request;
• In talent referrals: name, e-mail, phone, LinkedIn, role and city of the referred person, provided by the referrer, who declares having their authorization.

Data is collected only when you submit a form. There is no sign-up, login or automatic collection of personal data while browsing.

Purposes

• Scheduling and holding commercial and diagnostic conversations;
• Commercial relationship: answering questions, sending proposals and institutional material;
• Lead management: history of interactions with prospective clients and partners;
• Talent referral program: contacting the referred person, running the hiring process and paying the reward.

We do not use data for incompatible purposes, spam or selling databases.

Legal basis

Processing is based on article 7 of the LGPD:

• Consent: your free and unambiguous action when submitting the forms;
• Performance of a contract: preliminary steps related to a contract to which you are a party;
• Legitimate interest: supporting and promoting FireDev's activities, respecting your rights and freedoms.

Company data is not directly protected by the LGPD, but we apply the same security standards to it.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. Data is shared only with:

• Essential providers: hosting, e-mail, CRM and infrastructure, bound by confidentiality and data protection clauses;
• Google reCAPTCHA: to protect the forms from automated submissions, Google receives technical data about your interaction under Google's privacy policy;
• Authorities: compliance with court orders or requests from competent authorities;
• Protection of rights: exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in a secure environment for as long as needed for the purposes above. The default retention period is 12 months after the last commercial contact or the end of the relationship, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights (article 18 of the LGPD)

• Confirmation that processing exists and access to the data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• Portability to another provider;
• Information about the entities we shared data with;
• Withdrawal of consent and information about the consequences of refusal.

Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure: encryption in transit (TLS), access control to systems and periodic backups.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses a minimum of cookies:

• Essential: a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that stores your chosen language for one year. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can delete it in your browser; the site goes back to detecting the language automatically;
• Preference: a local browser record (localStorage) that remembers you have seen the cookie notice;
• Security (third party): Google reCAPTCHA, loaded only on pages with forms, may set Google cookies to tell people from bots;
• Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which logs technical request data.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

General provisions

We may change this policy at any time to keep it current and compliant. Relevant changes will be highlighted on the site. This document is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in Porto Alegre, RS.
