FireDev was born in 2017 in Porto Alegre, Brazil, to build software for companies that do not tolerate errors: financial cooperatives, payments, sanitation, energy. Today that same engineering team builds, governs and operates squads of AI agents inside those companies.

Our story
We started by allocating engineers and building custom systems. Within a few years we were operating critical credit, payments and operations platforms for large companies in southern Brazil and across the country.
In 2024 we brought AI agents into our own development pipeline. It worked, and it became what we offer today: agents working with our people in charge, in production and with governance.
